What prompts you to report/block a user?

I'd only really bother blocking someone if they were repeatedly harassing me, which isn't something that happens, so I don't ever block or report people tbh

I would do the very same thing. I'd also report it to a moderator if they're trolling and clearly causing problems.

If they go out of their way to converse privately with me just to harass me. Otherwise, I have pretty thick skin and just ignore it. Plus simple block resolves it all unless they make another account and use VPN

I've never blocked a member as far as I can remember but I've reported people before. Generally I report if the person is flaming someone because that isn't right no matter what the forum is. A lot of other rule violations I don't report if I'm on other sites because I hate making work for others if the violations are weak.

It may depend on what they are doing. If the behavior is bad enough, I will block them.

This used to happen a lot at myLot where there was a gang that was quite racist. They are no longer there. Yes. I blocked them all.

If I can sense that the user is rude, I will surely block him or her. There are times when these social media platforms are infested with cyberbullies. If they are starting to create flames online, I will report them right there and then.
