What do you think robots should be used for?

Do you think robots will cause unemployment (loss of jobs) in the future or make more work? Why?

I'm inclines to say that unemployment is rather the point of robots.
Slave labour to support the masses and all.
If you can have robots to do all the hard work like raising crops and cattle, people wouldn't exactly need to do anything to survive. You'd only need humans to provide some creativity. "For science", basically.

The question there though, is what would the people who used to work in those industries do to survive? With no job comes no money. With no money, you can't live in the civilized world. Not if you want to keep a good standard of life, at least.
