What does a romantic restaurant need to have in order for it to be considered romantic?

Dim lights and candle light?

For me a romantic restaurant has:

Well spaced tables where you may talk and not be overheard or small areas that create a feeling of intimacy. Low lighting preferably candlelight or table lamps, flowers on the table and soft music. A beautiful view maybe a slow moving river or a window seat overlooking the ocean at twilight. Good food, service and a feeling that you can take your time and not feel rushed.

We have a restaurant around here that fits that description. There is tables outside with the river in the background.. Its a nice place to go at night / on a summer evening with a date.
