Has your boss ever had you run off a toxic customer that is viewed as a nuisance and wastes everyone's time?

It doesn't happen often. It's very uncommon. There's been a few instances where we've had to ask people to leave because they were causing problems. We had a man that was crazy that was hanging around the dealership just harassing the salesmen and we were ordered to run him off. Then there was another guy that was coming in talking about porn and being very vulgar and saying very degrading things about women that you don't say in public and my boss walked out into the showroom floor and told him to hit the road before they called the police and reported him for sexual harassment.

In all of my centuries of working, we've never had customers like that where we had to run them off. I just wish the morons that rant and scream and act entitled would be ran out but of course not.

No customers where I work currently but I used to work at a store and they'd allow anyone behaving badly in there. People can run a muck and nobody did anything.
