How much is your local sales tax?

Is everything taxed in your area (food for example)?

What goods or services do you think should be taxed more heavily, and which should not be taxed at all?

What do you think of sales tax in general?

No sales tax here, but we have income tax. I kind of wish it were just a sales tax since I could have more leverage over what I purchase, lol.

10%-ish, I think

No tax on food, but taxes on most other things

Tobacco, alcohol, vape stuff tax those more, necessities should be taxed less or not at all

Not a fan, at home tax is already added to each item, so what you see on the sticker IS the price, should be the same everywhere.

I hate it myself. I think they should just include the sales tax in the price of things and not bother us with having to do the math all the time. If I buy two things that cost $10 my total should be $20, not $23 or whatever.
