My xbox live is due to expire any day now and I bought a new xbox last month with the xbox remote in with the bundle pack.



It says on the front 3 months xbox live and 1 month sky player.

Ive had the whole box apart looking for the cards but theres none in there!?!?



It says Subsciption cards here with an arrow pointing up. But theres nothing there.



I've ripped all the packaging looking for it, so doubt i'll be able to take it back now... Really annoyed!!!
 
That stinks! I don't care how ripped the box is I would bring it back to where I bought it. Or at least call and find out what the heck is going on. Is this an Xbox 360?

When I call a company I always hit 0 and nine times out of ten it goes to a live person that can direct your call. The default to get a live person, in my experience is the number 0.
 
You could back to the place you got it from and tell them. They may give you a refund/replace the product. So you could buy a new one or get a new one for free. Or you could call the helpline.
