Same sex parenting?

i will agree with TayneC8 I have no problem with it at all. It's their life choice

The kid might suffer a bit of crap, but I don't think that just because you aren't attracted to the sex which you're 'supposed' to be attracted to, you shouldn't have a kid. They have a right to if they can raise a child responsibly.

I was wondering when this would come up! Well Mr. Perfect is here to put this to rest right now!

I was raised by two moms! True Story! To me and other people like me who have been raised in this type of household, its normal to us! Yeah its kinda odd when your friends and shit come over, and yea you do get crap for it in school but it eventually stops...its like a fad...then it passes...

My moms are cool as hell! My real mom is the pretty pretty prissy one and my mom-dad lol...as i call her is the butch, I like to get my hands dirty type!

My moms always told me that what they were doing is not how I have to do it. They taught me that there are choices in life. They told me that love is not a choice but the lifestyle you lead is a choice.

So no I don't think there is anything wrong with same sex parenting, yes....male children of same sex families are more prone to either being homosexual or more feminine than majority of male children...I take after my mom... im kinda prissy...I'm a pretty boi I know it....

I have no problem with it at all. As long as a child is well looked after, I dont think it matters what the family set up is.

Thanks for sharing your interesting story Mr Perfect

Yeah thanks, that was interesting hearing your experience with this.

Agreed. I see no problem with it at all. I even find it funny that we are having a debate about it. Many of them are just as good parents as a male-female couple, yet are still frowned upon by many adoption agencies. I know first hand of some horrible situations that are let be in male-female families, yet loving caring same-sex couples are refused a child..? Dumb.

One of my friends is gay and she recently had a daughter, her wife is the baby's biological mother. The baby recently celebrated her first birthday, they seem to be doing just fine.

I wonder how a child with homosexual parents will survive throughout school. Kids are ruthless.

I don't have a problem with this other than what the children of same sex parenting have to go through. Kids and adults alike can be very cruel and ignorant.

My friend didnt physically have the baby herself, her wife did. I dont know anything about the man involved but obviously I know there was one

That isn't possible. You have to have a person who makes sperm in the mix somewhere.

All that is needed is a woman to go to a sperm bank and use donated sperm to have a child. They don't need to have sex with a man to have a child anymore.

In the case of a gay male couple, they find a woman willing to have one of the gay men's sperm implanted into the woman leading to pregnancy. Usually the other person involved in having the child does not by law be considered to be the parent which they agree to when getting involved in such a process.

That. If I was the kid, then I'd probably go live with my dad or mom, depending on who's the non-homo. I'm sorry, but that's freaky to have two moms or two dads
