Has anyone gone back to school after you've been out of the picture for something like 5-10+ years? Some jobs require specific degrees, and while you may've been out of high school or an undergraduate program for some time, that means going back to school at a different level in life. You're no longer a teenager or in your early 20s. What changes? Was it an easy transition?

That would be me if I ever go back to school.

Blue collar jobs are fine for a mediocre lifestyle, but sometimes I want better things for myself and loved ones.

I'm back in school, sort of, so that I can keep my teaching license. It expired in November, but I just have to reapply for it. I've taken one class already, but I'm in the second one right now and it's kind of interesting.

What is the class about?

Hahah, yeah I was confused at first myself, but essentially literacy is more than being able to read and write. It's also about comprehension of a subject and being able to understand several different subjects such as language arts, history, math, science, etc. You can even be literate with your skills. This class is a class that guides teachers to better understand how students become literate beyond being able to read and write.

It can be interesting, but sometimes it's a little boring.
