I can't stand serious admins! I'm very laid back on my forum.

Mixture between the two, I am pretty laid-back but I do make sure that rules are followed, however, aside from my jokey side I show on my forums in the announcement section and whatnot I do showcase the closest I can come to maturity and professional.

I am not an Administrator of a forum, but I run my website, so I'm usually all-serious. However, in a negative review I can't help but be witty and sarcastic.

I actually make subliminal jokes at times, like in the announcement section when I was talking about my website I continuously made references to Rascal Flatts songs, like, God bless this broken road that managed to lead me to where I am now or with me repetitively trying to leave my old software and saying what hurts the most is being so close.

Well, i make sure my Rules are followed, and altogether try to be professional. I won't be sarcastic and joke around in the forums, but if i'm having a Private Chat via PM then i will.

Of course I do, when I ran a promotion forum I had to be all buisness most of time but now (with this type of forum) I can act how ever I damn well please.

That's the one thing I enjoy about running a general chat forum myself. With those kinds of boards, the only time you have to be serious is if you're carrying out a punishment or if you're making an important announcement in the announcement section. Otherwise, like you said, you can go all out and have all the fun you want!

I act however I damn well want to on any board no matter what position I hold. I look at as why should I act differently from the guy who got himself the job he holds anyways. Obviously however I was as a member was good enough to get a job so no need to change anything especially when every job I was given was handed to me by admins and not through me posting an application or something like that..
