Have you served in the military?

If so, which branch and when?

If not, have you considered serving?

I wanted to serve in the UK, the Guards, but we moved to the US, I developed a number of healthcare issues, and that desire just sort of faded away.

I did yes. 6 years in the Navy building bombs.

No, and I don't think I'd be any good at it TBH. I'm too nervous and not physically strong enough.

I can't since I'm on anti-depressants. Never really had the desire to anyway, to be honest.

I am afraid to join the military, training is rigid and we have to follow rules and regulations. I like no rules:D

....and you could also get killed if a war broke out. No thanks.

Nope, but that might change if the US considers sending troops directly to Ukraine in the later stages of the war. I believe right now, they're just sending to the outskirts/neighboring countries.

Do you want to go fight? Or you think you might get drafted?

Considered joining 13 years ago but decided not to after my family begged me.

Do you think it would have helped you in any way if you did go?

I am scared to see a military how much more to serve them? Training is difficult and commanders are strict like crazy.

Also I am not joking. I actually did give the recruiter my height and weight, and was told I was not able to join.

Nope; the U.S. military was still booting individuals out for simply being gay (DADT didn't begin until the end of 1993).
