Domestic Disturbance of the Day: A Garden Grove woman was arrested Monday after allegedly doping her husbands dinner so she could tie him to a bed and cut off his johnson. 48-year-old Catherine Kieu Becker told police her husband, an unidentified 51-year-old, “deserved it,” but did not elaborate.



Unfortunately there will likely be no John Bobbitt-style happy ending for poor, depenised victim: Becker threw his dismembered member into the garbage disposal.



Though police have no motive, records show the couple had recently begum divorce proceedings after a year-and-a-half of marriage, and that the husband may have initiated them.



Becker was charged with suspicion of aggravated mayhem, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon, administering a drug with intent to commit a felony, poisoning and spousal abuse. She is currently being held on $1 million bail, and faces possible life imprisonment.​
