Shigeru Miyamoto to work on new game franchise

The man behind the Mario series is working on a new video game franchise. Nothing is known about it right now, other than Shigeru himself saying that he is busy working on it for a number of days. Source here.

I wonder what the franchise will be... we'll just have to keep our eyes peeled.

Well, the man managed to create something brilliant, of course, but I see no real reason why he should do so again. The name alone will be enough to sell anything he creates anyway.
That's not to say it will be bad, for all we know it'll be the greatest thing ever.

I withhold my judgement until there's something to judge
