Education, medical care, public transportation and IDs/passports.
The answer is technically communism. In practise it won't work because people don't work that way... but it's still a valid answer.

Everybody has to produce something so nothing should be free unless its free will and for the pleasure of the producer to give it. Otherwise it all just stealing someone elses work.
Unless we are talking about breathing, personal rights and that kind of stuff then this is something different entirely.

Those are the last things I want forced to be free. Both as shown across the globe go down the toilet when it happens. And even then it really isnt free. Its just free for some off the back of the producers.
