please explain your answer...

Lol, no? You can't just sue someone because you don't agree with how they're raising their child (even though not vaccinating kids is a really dumb thing to do). If you're worried for the child's wellbeing then contact the relevant social service to handle it.

No. A lot of people have religious beliefs against getting vaccinated. Although I think everyone should get their shots, thats just my humble opinion.

There's no way to prove in a court of law that any specific child gave yours any disease (within reason). So I don't think lawsuits will work out.

Hang on.

I'm still looking for the part in the US Constitution, a Supreme Court Ruling, British Common Law, the Bible, Koran, the State Constitution, Boy Scout Manual, 86 Rules of Boozing, someplace that says....

"Life is Safe, and Fair, and Nothing Bad will EVER happen to your precious baby."

i think vaccinations have the potential to be bad or negative, in many circumstances...

i also think vaccinations disrupt or can disrupt the immune system...

but are those unlikely side-effects/repercussions more harmful than the disease/sickness that the vaccination was trying to prevent

Only if we're subsequently allowed to sue if we catch a cold because somebody didn't take cold meds.

Well cold meds wouldn't stop it from infecting you anyway because they only treat the symptoms, not the actual virus.

Don't some people have a bad reaction to vaccinations?

I know a guy who gets really sick every time he gets a flu shot and I have no idea why.
