Sick.. Need a doctor..

Went to work and only lasted an hour 1/2.. Going in there and working made my I dont feel good escalate to I need to go to a doctor.

You should have just called in sick and you would have been able to see the doctor sooner. Gosh, Nebulous, now you've got me worried.
I asked my supervisor to feel my head and I made my doctors appointment over speaker phone so he knows Im not lying...
Anywho this is what I got..
Stomach pain,
headache
dizzyness,
vomiting,
body aches
fever
I'd go lay down but I dont want to just sit there and think about all the different feelings going on..
Plus I dont want to fall asleep and miss the doctor.

You shouldn't be wasting your time waiting 2 hours to see your doctor. I suggest get a ride and go to the emergency room. Unless your doctor can perform blood work and all the other tests, he's going to send you to the hospital. You could be there now instead of sitting like this for another 2 hours
Sounds like classic symptoms of food posioning: Headache, dizziness and nausea and fever. If you can't afford to go to the hospital then get a ride to your doctor right now. I don't give a crap what time they told you to be there just go.
I hope you feel better, Nebulous. I also wish I could tell you that what you're having is all right and will pass in a few hours or something, but out of all the stomach problems I've had, that hasn't been one of them.

I feel horrible.
I just got back from the doctor and they said that I have a massive sinus infection and a virus. She has taken me off work today and tomorrow.
She gave me like 4 bottles a pills to take to clear it up hopefully.
Only on the comp to get into my work email and tell my boss I wont be there tomorrow.
I suppose I'd better take all these pills right now. Hopefully they will kick in soon.
The doctors office was horrible. Some stupid lady was letting her kid run a muck around the waiting room and I was about to tell her off when she got called back. I was like thank god. When it was my turn they stuck me in the doctors office for a really long time.. The doctor came in and examined me and diagnosed the problem. Then I had to go wait in the long line in the pharmacy all dizzy and about to pass out. After I got done with that I drove clear across town to get some chicken soup from el pollo loco because anything else would probably make me barf.
So that is my miserable day. At least I dont have to go into work tomorrow so I can have that and the weekend to recover.

Oh joy.. Was just reading the possible side effects.. One of them causes drowsiness and dizziness and another one causes diarrhea and the other one is a Controlled substance that causes nausea, vomiting, trouble sleeping, headache, and nervousness.. so I will be all tweaked out and fending for more once its all gone. Sounds like this is going to be a fun 2 weeks (have to take all the pills until they are all gone).
