What's your mother's signature dish?

Tacos. XD That's all I can really think of that we like a lot. She makes the taco shells herself, although not from scratch, and we have a buffet of toppings and stuff. It's all very good.

If there's one signature dish that my mother taught me how to fix, it would have to be Orange Pork Tenderloin...

Orange Pork Tenderloin

I probably fix this once a month and the recipe goes about as follows...
Ingredients
-2 small plain pork tenderloins
-3 small cans crushed pineapple
-2 cups orange juice
-paprika
-minced garlic
-ground black pepper

(1)Take both small tenderloins and place in large, high-sided frying pan; sear in vegetable oil or canola oil on high for about a minute each side
(2)Turn stove-eye down to just below medium
(3)Add orange juice, pineapple(with the juices inside can) and minced garlic
(4)Add paprika and black pepper to both sides
(5)Place pan-lid just off-center of pan and let simmer for about 30-40 minutes...
(6)Once done, slice tenderloins into small chops and serve w/vegetables or brown rice...enjoy!

shepards pie, lemon merangue, fruit cake are a few that come to mind
