Skinning Forums?

Any tried skinning for a certain forum software if so what would be the easiest to skin or learn.



I'm asking this because i do design's here & their, what would be the best software to skin for? Mainly a free software will be better if you can recommend one

vB has the best skinning options out of all the software I've used. But if you don't want to pay then I'd say the best is MyBB.

I was, going through Mybb Acp. The CSS is easy to edit, think i'm have to give it a shot,

Time to go about an learn some more CSS.
