I couldn't smoke even if I wanted to as I have interstitial lung disease.

I will occasionally smoke my pipe while doing some hard thinking.

Or when I'm fishing and the bugs come out, a cigar works better than bug spray.

I've never smoked cigarettes.

My answer from nearly ten years ago still holds.

Except the price of cigars.... MOSTLY the High Tax Rate in Illinois because of the CRIMINALS / (politicians (curse/spit)) .... has almost priced me out of the market.
