Smokers/Drug Users

Do you have any friends who are Smokers or Drug Users? Do they ever offer you any?



I have a few friends who smoke and take drugs, i tend not to get involved in that sort of thing.

Durning my teenager years / early 20s I was on anything and everything.

Got myself out of that though. Didnt want to leave my lil one with no daddy.

Smokers yes, quite a few. Drug takers, not many.



I have some wacky backy at festivals, but that is all.

And no, I do not like to deliberately associate myself with those that smoke, snort, inject, swallow or any other means of taking drugs.

Many of my friends are pot heads and smoke cigarettes. I can deal with that. I cant be friends with someone who does cocaine or meth though. It changes them. They start to be dishonest and will steal from you, do other shady things.

They're both STILL drugs. That's like saying a Dodge and a Ferrari aren't vehicles because one is made in a different country to the other.

Yes, but one must have more drastic and severe effects for it to be made illegal.

I have friends who smoke. I quit over a year ago but sometimes I get offered one, doesnt bother me.

Also Rev is right. Some legal drugs are far more dangerous than weed. I saw a TV programme about so called Legal Highs (now banned in the UK) it was very interesting. And has anyone ever had Salvia? Thats legal in the UK and some other places, and that stuff is insane.

There is no place on the planet where marijuana is legal. It's just that in some places, the law is not as strictly enforced as other places.

That's wrong, there are actually a few places where the smoking and/or possession of marijuana is legal.

As for what I think of smokers, I personally don't agree. I plan to live a normal, healthy life without cannabis/tobacco.

Not really. I try to avoid hanging out with the pot heads and underage drug users around my school, because that only feeds them attention and I don't want to be around that mess. Plus, if your friend has dope on him in your car, you'll be going to jail with him most of the time. Too risky to be around that crowd.

One night I saw a group of guys smoking marijuana (at least I think it was - it was definitely illicit though) in an alleyway. We got cops to go check it out and there were told to put them out and move on. No arrest, fine or anything.
