I've not played a huge amount so by default it would be SMT1, which I've never even finished :v
I did play an hour or two of Earthbound and liked it, I should really pick it back up.

I'm going to be boring and plump for Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World.

Still some of the finest platform gaming to be had on any console.
