Wow, Ive never seen nothing like that where Ive lived. Then again Ive never lived in a place where it snows. Strange though, it snows about 45 minutes / an hour from here. When you are driving up there you reach a point where the snow suddenly appears everywhere. When you are driving home, it disappears suddenly.

Anyway, thanks for sharing the pics! Cute dog.

My dog love the snow mind you he is a bit mad acts like a puppy even thought he is nearly 9 years old

but i hate the snow as i can`t get any where as there is no public transport just now

I'm with Nebulous on this one, never seen snow of that depth! It rarely snows here, and even if it does snow, it's less than an inch. Only had one real snowy day where it iced the roads and we went sledding! It was so much fun, but I was really young then. I would love snow like that, but I doubt we'll ever experience it down here.

Be back, going to the Uk to play in the snow.

I like pictures of snow, but not the real thing. I grew up in it and that was enough for me.

Hello Fiona,

Nice to meet you. My name is Kathy Ellen...

I love your name. I first heard your name in the song Fiona and Shane by Anne Byrne on my first trip to Ireland.

Here's the link to the song...but, I'm sure you've heard it before...

When I first visited Ireland a million year ago, my Irish rellys didn't even know what snow felt like as they had very little encounters with the white stuff...

I love your pictures. Reminds me of my hometown.....We've had so many ice and snowstorms lately...

Not looking forward to driving in the snow this winter....bummer.....love snow but not to drive in...
