Essentially Bolognese is minced beef/lamb/whatever, Carbonara is cheese sauce with bacon.

I like spaghetti, pasta as well as noodles however, I do not eat these foods too frequently. Pasta, noodles, and spaghetti are made from all-purpose white flour, which contains simple carbs and does not have dietary fiber. By the way, can anyone tell me the difference between pasta, spaghetti, and noodles? They look the same to me, the only difference is the shape.
