What do you consider to be spam on a forum?

Anything that's uncalled for. Don't have a set of guidelines, but if you're posting random nonsense, then I'd say it's spam.

I'm quite relaxed when it comes to them members. But spam that isnt allowed are product selling crap and porn spam... Like the ones you get on inactive forums... Thankfully my forum isn't inactive so I don't see it.

My personal definition of spam is a short pointless message or an advertisement in places that advertisements are not normally placed.

Luckily, i've never really had spambots or anything on my forum. I had one member who i banned who came back as another member and posted a load of crap, then i banned his IP and i never saw him again.
