If there is a chance of living after this I'd say stabbed. It may be faster being shot but it could give you severe damage in ripped bones and tissue and probably would hurt more due to the impact or at least the healing process (Guessing) Being stabbed could definitely guarantee lots of blood loss but it's unlikely you'll need more then stitches after the event with medical help, excluding if they had stabbed a vital organ.

Both are risky, because you can get hit in a critical spot, such as a main artery, but besides the if factors, I'd rather be shot, because who wants to be stabbed?
