The term racist is overused and not thought out. I don’t think he is racist, I think he is a angry frustrated old man striking out with words before thinking it through. I’m sure he doesn’t like the man and his political beliefs but I don’t see him as a racist just a idiot.

The coon caricature is one of the most insulting of all anti-black caricatures. The name itself, an abbreviation of raccoon, is dehumanizing. As with Sambo, the coon was portrayed as a lazy, easily frightened, chronically idle, inarticulate, buffoon. The coon differed from the Sambo in subtle but important ways. We all say stupid shit out of anger and frustration, we all need to calm down with the racist accusations and leave it for the ones that truly deserve because it’s become just about meaningless now. It’s his actions and even though I probably don’t agree with anything politically from him nothing with his actions indicates that he is.
