I never really got into StarTrek although I might start watching it just to see how it goes. I can't wait for the new Star Wars movie (even though Disney took over)

wasn't really into startrek, but was into starwars very much, as in their books, movies, etc. etc. so starwars for the win!

Just an observation.

From what I've seen through my life, "those that don't 'get' Science Fiction, also, many times, don't 'get' Science."

I've never gotten into Star Trek. I'd probably like it if I did, but the amount of content is too intimidating.
