The banner is not only too plain but it's too bulky to the point that it distorts the image. If you expected to garner anything more than the appearance of activity from post exchanges, you're unfortunately mistaken, if anything they provided extra tallies to your post count with desires of wowing potential members, nothing more and nothing less. The theme is an immediate turnoff, it's dull, bland, doesn't stick out in any particular way, and that sends a pessimistic message to how your forum is. Other than that, and the site address, it looks okay.
