When is the last time you had storm damage at your home?

2006. Lightening struck out the phone line and messed up my tv, my speakers, damaged the water heater, and killed my laptop. The landline didn't work very good after that and it was so messed up that sometimes family couldn't reach me on it.

2006. Lightening struck out the phone line and messed up my tv, my speakers, damaged the water heater, and killed my laptop. The landline didn't work very good after that and it was so messed up that sometimes family couldn't reach me on it.

I've heard of lightning damaging stuff like that before!! Insurance covers it sometimes, but you need to check your policy and sometimes the deductible isn't worth putting in a claim anyway.

It was a rare happening in the year 2015. A mini tornado devastated property uprooting trees and even our water tank well off. Had to spend quite a bit to clean up the mess and restore water supply

2 years back it was devastating as a lot of things fall apart. This is because we were not around when it all happened

Thankfully I haven't witnessed anything like that and we don't often get storms
