Sucky Enemies

I play mostly action RPGs and MMOs (those that require reflexes like guild wars 2 and the newly released Wildstar) so I'd say the suckiest bosses are bosses with little to no telegraphs. There's a few bosses like that in GW2 who will knock you back or one shot kill you without any sort of warning to react to, so you're forced to memorize and keep track of his skill rotation. Badly designed bosses like that suck imo.
 
There are tons of bosses in Diablo 3 that have little to no challenge. But it doesn't take away from the game seeing as those bosses are not essential in any way.
 
As a Morrowind player I'm obliged to mention Cliff Racers (they can fly and they're never alone) and Greater Bonewalkers (which can leave you unable to move).

More generically, enemies with tons of health that take forever to kill aren't much fun and neither are enemies that can one-shot you no matter how powerful you might be.
 
I can only think of 1 enemy right now... The Tonberry enemies from Final Fantasy XIII. They deal so much damage and are annoying to take out.
