Super Man vs Batman

Batman would win in a fight. I read somewhere that he has a ring with a tiny piece of kryptonite in it. Just in case that Superman ever went crazy and started destroying everything. Superman knows that no mere mortal could ever take him down. But he knows that Batman could be devious enough to be able to if it was needed.

To be honest I think Superman is too cocky to win. Sure he has power, but if he is too confident Batman can turn that against him.
