This is 💯 percent about a separate human life, with it’s own heartbeat and dna that someone wants to take no responsibility for creating because they couldn’t control themselves in the bedroom. So the basic rights of another life outweighs the rights to murder a child every second, every minute, every day. So the term basic rights in this circumstance is the very definition of hypocrisy. No human rights are being taken away except for the one that can’t speak for itself or fight back.

He's right, @Rohan; most every state in America has a fetal homicide statute whereby if a pregnant woman is attacked and her child is killed as a result, the assailant can be charged with the death of that fetus.

That is odd that women "could" get an abortion before the trigger laws but if they were found to be pregnant in the morgue, they slapped on an extra murder charge.

I disagree that it's murder on the basis that there is no guarantee that the embryo will be alive after the first trimester. Women have natural miscarriages all of the time and most women get it done EARLY. If women want an abortion, they're going to get one. All you've help done is open the door to unsafe abortions where women use coat hangers and resort to suicide.
