Taking Medicine

How are you at taking medicine?

Taking pills? Drinking cough syrup? Shots? etc, etc



Do you take it easy or do you struggle with it?

I don't mind pills, they're easy. It's just the revolting liquid medicine I don't like to take.

I rarely take any... Gimme a glass of water and I'll swallow a pill without ever tasting it, though

I don't have any trouble taking medicines as I take 2 medicines now 1 for depression and 1 for anxiety.

I can take it just fine.



Pills are better than liquid/syrup but I can just take it really quick like drinking a shot. The aftertaste is the worst.



Shots/Injections dont bother me. When you get all hyped up thinking about how much its going to hurt, you run into scardy-cat-ness.

I have no problem with shots though. I don't even feel them most of the time, and I usually watch them put it in. :\

I'm okay when it comes to taking medicine... well, not if it's a pill (or tablet) as I find it hard to swallow with water although I can take them when they're soluble. Last month when I was struck down by the flu, I had to take Pepto-Bismol to cure it and I didn't like the taste of it...

As I'm on daily medication for my mental condition (Schizoaffective Disorder), I don't mind taking pills. I even take the so called Horse Pills aka Fish Oil.



I also do OK with the shots. I'm not crazy about them but I tolerate them.
