(May 19) -- It's safe to assume that nobody likes dog doo -- except maybe the dogs.
It smells terrible, sticks to shoes like glue and is a health hazard, which is why pet owners who don't pick up after their pooches can become social pariahs.
But the board members of a high-end condo community in Baltimore have decided that shame and derision aren't effective tools for combating this crappy problem, so they are resorting to DNA.
