When we do entire project (frontend, backend, advertising) or even if we work with team (separated tasks) we need to have list of all task which should be solved. This is important for organization of time and work. This is very important when we work from home where is much things which can take our attention. Also, when we work on few projects when lost ourself and don't anything right but just lost time.

What do you use for time tracking or task tracking and listing?

I use my email calendar religiously at work. I even schedule/block time in my calendar to actually get personal work done or else my time will always be monopolized by others and their meetings which could've been an email.

Did you manage synchronize calendar from Andriod phone with calendar or someother app on Windows? Do you some calendar at work as collaboration tool?

Nah I don't use my mobile for work. My email just stays on my laptop. People just send me calendar invites when they need to book time with me.

When I was still working for a local government, we were obliged to submit an action plan. So, we need to carry this out accordingly.
