What's the tastiest recipe you've ever made up with 3 ingredients or less?

saurkraut is about all i can think of with only three ingredients: cabbage, water and salt. let it ferment for a few weeks and put it up in jars.

a romanian roasted eggplant and garlic relish called pot lagelle is tastier, but it has more ingredients: eggplant, garlic, olive oil, salt, sugar.
