In defense of the tattoo artists of the world, there are many cases where a client will come in with something they have sketched and say that was EXACTLY what they want put on their body, and they will not listen to any objections.
If you do that, you deserve what you get.
And it doesn't do any good to sue the body art practitioner because, if they're smart, they have a copy of what you brought wanted done, with photos, and a signed statement saying you admit you are moron that cannot spell and you are willing to live with what you are about to do to yourself until you can find the laser removal service that takes monthly payments.
