I don't know, back in 2002 I was using my parents computer and I messed it up by going on 18+ sites. So I went to this website 5starsupport and go a technician. The next thing I know, he told me to reformat my computer. I was 13, so I was naive. I listened to him..Lets just say...We never used that computer ever again.

Worst ever was AOL Tech Support. Had to wait forever for someone to finally answer the phone. After they finally answered, I could not understand one damn thing they were saying.
