I don't know, back in 2002 I was using my parents computer and I messed it up by going on 18+ sites. So I went to this website 5starsupport and go a technician. The next thing I know, he told me to reformat my computer. I was 13, so I was naive. I listened to him..Lets just say...We never used that computer ever again.
