I'm not sure about this movie. The turtles look weird and I can't stand Megan Fox. o.O However my son wants to see it and this would be the ONLY reason why I'd spend money to watch it in theatres. Go Michelangelo! <3

Just watched this last night with my son.
Holy crap I liked it!
The final fight seen seems too 'easy', but I can say that I really enjoyed this movie and it'll be one that I will enjoy watching again.

I saw it on Saturday. I really liked it.
They did make a couple changes to the turtle's backstory but other than that, it was pretty eff-ing awesome! :!:

I've seen all the turtle's movies, I think... including the newer animated show on Nickelodeon. I think this movie more or less ties them all together.

In the original movies, I think April O'Neal was just an adult reporter that happened across the turtles, who accidentally comes in contact with the ooze and mutates. No previous connection to April.

In the animated series, they still accidentally come in contact with the ooze (and Splinter was human before the ooze changed him into a rat), but April is much younger when she runs into the turtles. I think her dad still works for the company which made the ooze though.

In this new movie, April's dad worked on creating the ooze with another man and they injected the turtles with it and they were sort of April's pets before everything went down. Then April meets up with them years later when she's an adult.

I guess... I don't like when people change things around, I don't understand what was wrong with the whole original back story. I also didn't like how Splinter used to be human in the animated series. All in all though the movies was pretty good. :)

Wasn't really a fan of the first TMNT thing that they made.... it was crap lol

hope this one is a big improvement.
