What kind of weather and temperature is best for sleeping?

Do you have trouble sleeping when its too hot or cold?

I like colder temperatures, I have trouble sleeping when it's very hot, as I'm already a hot sleeper. So it's best when it's cooler and I can throw a blanket over myself and feel cozy, but not overheating.

Definitely cooler.

I keep the fan blowing on me on high power when I sleep and sometimes I still get a little bit hot.

I need it hot. Even in the summer I'm known to have the heater & a comforter on. If it goes below 85°, I tend to wake up cold. But I'm also the type who likes hot weather & thrives in it.

There's no way in hell I would be able to sleep in a hot temperature. Even if I'm naked, it's not going to happen. If the weather isn't chilly, I don't sleep well.

If you ever find yourself in a hot zone without a/c, use the sleeping remedy that used to be popular on the Gulf coast; wet down a sheet & wrap yourself in it.....you'd be surprised how it helps. For a little while.

You're the opposite from me, I would be miserable in that situation.
