(Reddit) That Empty Feeling When You Finish A Book/Series
Do you get that empty feeling when you finish a book that you've really gotten into, especially huge sagas like The Wheel of Time? I both hate and love that feeling; Because obviously I have enjoyed the book/series immensely, and then the sometimes almost-crippling sadness that it's finished.

How about you guys? Do you get that emotionally invested in a book that it hurts to put it down? (Reddit user Belthaz)

I just hate watching the back cover draw closer. A book shouldn't drag on for ever, but I usually find myself wanting more, not less.

Finishing a book is a bit strange, all this stuff happens and then, poof, nothing. I guess that's bit of an empty feeling.
