What's the biggest mistake you've done in a video game?

Deleting my save file accidentally... And it was one I spent months playing on and then I deleted it by an accident, I wasn't mad but just kinda dissapointed. But anyways, I started it from the beginning.

Deleting my family's save files because I slammed a SNES game cartridge too hard into the console, or it froze up or something, either way, save files were fragile back in the day.

LOssing, picking the wrong options in any game that is a story plot and wish I did not pick that option and ended up losing

or accidentally over writing a new save over a save you wanted to keep. I made that mistake several times on Final Fantasy X on the PS2.
