To intentionally take action that directly harms, or commit inaction that allows said harm, to those that are innocent and unable to defend themselves against such harm.
i wouldn't claim "someone not trying to defend someone in harm" as evil.
So, to you, knowingly not acting to prevent somebody from harming an innocent, say, somebody who is defenseless, like a child or an elderly person, is perfectly fine and acceptable?
