Boston might as well be any california city, we're a big jumbled mess.
 
Portland's very similar to New York. I like it because the roads are very organized, even though there's a lot of one-way's. It baffles my mind how often people get lost in this city. Look at a fucking map and see the pattern!

Half of each street is dedicated to bike lanes as well. Around here if you ride your bike around a city, better watch out! There is a car 3 inches away. :p
