Do you ever stop them and buy an ice cream?

They don't. I live in the city and there aren't too many children in this area. I've seen maybe two in the last few years, if that. Anyway, we used to get stuff from the ice cream truck when we were little, but I don't remember much.

Yeah you could get a 6 pack box for that price (probably the off brand though).

I remember when I was younger, the ice cream truck would come once a week. I would always get the Chocolate Eclair Dessert Bar:
