It’s the summer before Elle heads to college, and she’s facing the hardest decision of her life: whether to move across the country with her dreamy boyfriend Noah or fulfill her lifelong promise to go to college with her BFF Lee. Whose heart will Elle break as The Kissing Booth trilogy comes to an end?

Why? Do we really need a Kissing Booth Trilogy? Is the material that good?

Why do these movies feel the need to show the protagonist, who seems to do absolutely nothing about school, “getting into” these prestigious schools? Not only will it mislead/set a high bar for young kids, but it is honestly insulting to those who work their asses off to get to these schools. The only thing that would make this sequel worth it is if she chooses the college she really wants and Marco over Noah. If she stays with Noah, who is yes the hot bad boy of all teen fantasies but not the supportive non-toxic choice and continues to make decisions based on Lee's happiness then she has literally no character development in 3 movies

Because people continue to watch and talk about it, thus they want to ride on the highs of the emotional drama of an indecisive teen trying to choose between two boys.

Fair enough. Count me out.

I'll probably watch it for nothing more than to chalk it off my list of movies I've seen.
