The Monday Night Wars

Yeah, I was more on the WWF side than WCW, but I watched a bit of WCW and tried to keep up with some of it.
 
WCW was alright, and my dad watched a lot of it when WWE Network was still a thing. He preferred WCW over WWE/WWF at the time.
Yeah, I didn't mind WCW, but it was definitely a second class product to WWF, IMO. Too many outlandish storylines, particularly towards the end. They had a couple of good things going for them, namely Goldberg and the nWo, but they took the nWo and just went nuts with it, ruined what should have been a powerful faction and made just a bore. It was interesting when someone joined nWo, it meant something, and then it just didn't because half of the locker room was nWo or Wolfpack. That and having David Arquette as champion...eek...
 
Yep, WWE person here too. I liked WCW and even ECW, but tuned into WWE a lot more during that era.
