I'm tempted to say Putin, however his evil sometimes has some benefits (highlights which politicians are weak in europe etc), however that isn't his intention it's just one of the many consequences of his awful behaviour.

As for Obama and my own suggestion Putin, I've come to rethink whether they belong in such a thread, when just last week or the week before someone was beheaded by a nutcase and video'd it. Someone that would do that is the worst person in the world.

In all seriousness I would say that the worst person in the world is one whom does not vote, does not get involved with any social causes, doesn't even report a car broke down on the highway that is blocking a travel lane because they don't want to get involved, and yet they spend a lot of their time complaining about how "the world is going to hell".

But with any luck, now that Mr. Phelps has assumed room temperature, the "'church'" he led will not survive for long.

Or, if it does, it won't be the force for evil that it was.

Or rather, the person(s) who knew better than to do any of that, and had the power to prevent said harms, but, because it was politically expedient, allowed it to happen anyway.
