There are always harms if you eat one single type of food too frequently.

Eggs contain nutritious materials, but if you consume it too much everyday it will do you more harms than good.

Water is good for us. We all need enough water everyday. But too much water in short period could flood your kidneys and kill you.

So, yes, eating instant noodles too frequently will give you harms. I think maximum 3 times a week is still OK for your body.
 
Naturally, too much of a thing isn't good or ideal for anyone. This is why we are taught balance diets. We need to eat the six classes of food to have all the nutrients needed by the body without harms
 
I think eating a single type of food often is perfectly fine, provided it isn't inherently unhealthy....like sugary drinks or heavily processed meals.
A balanced diet is obviously the best, but diet is so personal. For example, some people have to avoid perfectly healthy ingredients strictly for medical reasons.
At the end of the day, it just depends on your personal preferences, what you can safely eat, and any health restrictions you have to work around.
