This might be the weirdest flight safety video ever

You know when you board a flight and you’re subjected to that weird quasi-dance safety routine when the cabin crew flail their arms around?

Nearly all of us tend to ignore it, so Delta Airlines has come up with a new in-flight video that’s slightly more eye-catching to say the least.

Perhaps it’s because the video inexplicably features a whole host of strange characters that seem only too willing to demonstrate how you should guarantee your safety on-board.

Explaining the bizarre clip in the video’s caption, Delta Airlines wrote: ‘Safety information is information that no one should miss, even if they’ve heard it a dozen times.

‘So to help encourage even the most frequent of frequent fliers to pay attention we’re constantly adding fresh scenes and moments of fun.

Impressive, but perhaps they should go the extra step and get the actual characters on-board.
